Easter Means...

... a new Doctor Who. Who needs Easter eggs when you have a new Doctor Who on the telly?

Most of the people I know are excited about the new Dr Who (as well as the new and final Red Dwarf - although I know that's not your bag), but I'm just happy to have a 4-day weekend, personally.

Too right!

Hope you had a good b'day!

It's surely become a national institution. Who'd have thought it? But I can understand that that 4-day weekend also has its allure!
And thanks Chris - had a great birthday. Hope all's going well with work.

What did you think about the Doc episode? Wasn't really much happening in it, was there? I watched it yesterday and it was ok, but not exactly a *classic*. Ryan looks okay, but I still think she's too soap opera-y in her acting.

Yeah, I was a tad disappointed with it. I don't really find Ryan all that charismatic or attractive, and the story felt a bit half baked. Lee Evans was great though.
As much as I enjoy Tennant, I'm kind of itching for the promised darker final three specials that lead to his regeneration now. Saturday's show felt like a little too much 'fluff'.
